- A statement explaining that you have a good-faith belief that the use in question has not been authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or applicable law.
- A statement confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the relevant rights or are authorized to represent the rights holder.
Counter notifications
If material has been removed or restricted following a copyright report and the affected party believes the decision was based on an error or misidentification, they may submit a counter notification. The response should identify the material involved, explain the basis for disputing the action, provide appropriate contact details, and include any declarations required by applicable law. We may request additional information when needed to evaluate the submission.
